Pell & Baldwin have fully trained operatives to carry out the testing of existing parapet anchors or the testing of new installed anchors. All testing comes with a detailed report of loads applied and results of test. Removal of existing parapet posts to access anchorages is no problem to P & B as we have teams of trained parapet installers who can remove and install parapets to the parapet standard 'National Highway Sector Scheme 5B' and quality assurance ISO 9001:2000.

When a parapet anchor has been found to fail the pull out test, P & B are also able to offer the service of removal by diamond core drilling out the defective anchorage. We can then supply a new parapet anchor to HAPAS approval which can then be installed by us and re- tested.
